This inaugural Players Temple production of Shakespeare's timeless story about individual love amongst violently divided backgrounds featured an abstract setting which blended Renaissance Italy with a modern sensibility of diverse identities across gender identity, sexual preference, race, religion, class, and politics. It was produced with the help of All Hands Theatre Company in the Bronx.
